young learners hoping to conquer the slopes of thredbo
absolutely charming
cute instructors and cuter kids zooming past with amazing expertise inspire me! lethal combination was an uber cute pairing who smiled and talked to me. maybe that explained why i managed to pick up the techniques relatively fast.
up in the ski lift, was struggling to get a picture because my hands were trembling from the cold and all i could think of was not to drop anything while being dangled in air.
ok i was very excited although i chickened out when i looked down and realised the steep gradient but all apprehension was forgotten when paul pushed me. completely taken aback by the speed. check out the lovely rainbow! it was there throughout the whole day as the weather alternated between gloomy skies and sunny skies, it was more gloomy than sunny unfortunately. coupled with strong chilly winds, i was just freezing even under 4 layers on top 2 layers below.
my brother crashed into me and everytime i fell, i had to detach the skis to stand up again and each time, i just wanted to sit there forever because it's so tiring! good thing i didnt fall too often.
